Our client operates a boutique hotel and holiday village.
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef who has good working experience in Mediterranean cuisine and buffets.
The hotel operates 12 months of the year
Required skills and experience
Diploma from a recognised college
Minimum 3 years working experience as a Sous Chef
Ability to prepare buffets for up to 200 guests
Good experience in Mediterranean cuisine.
Working conditions and Benefits
6 day working week
8 hours a day
Base NET salary €1200.00 – €1400.00
