Job Description
Responsibilities:

This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual who seeks a position in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have the overall responsibility to work closely with Store Managers and Store VM teams and contribute towards store sales and profit targets through the achievement and maintenance of visual excellence, whilst promoting the highest merchandising standards within the stores.

Main responsibilities include:

• Manage, develop and lead a strong field VM team
• Identify opportunities and develop solutions within the stores that will result in increased sales
• Develop strong partnerships within the company, both stores and head office
• Organize and delegate daily and weekly overload to VM teams, identify and allocate priorities
• Budget and cost control for visual works and materials
• Manage the implementation of the seasonal store set calendar (brand events, special roll-outs or initiatives)
• Identify training and development needs of the merchant mindset throughout the stores
• Construct and maintain a strong, dynamic team to ensure alignment and consistency across all stores.
Required Qualifications
Skills required:

• University degree in related field will be considered an advantage
• Excellent visual merchandising skills
• Previous retail visual merchandising experience of at least 5 years
• Experience in managing creative teams
• Strong business skills and proven ability to drive business results
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven success in leading and developing teams and partnerships
• Ability to plan, prioritize and multi task
• Performance management and coaching skills
• Ability to travel and flexibility to meet the needs of the business
• Relevant computer skills
