Job Description
We are currently seeking for a high calibre individual to join our office in Larnaca and assist our company to handle all kinds of operational activities in our specialised market of LPG.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all obligations arising from the contract are carried out;
- Deal with cargo counter-parties, terminals and Shipping Dept. on a regular basis regarding all post-deal activities, ensuring all necessary operational information is passed on in good time and documentary requirements are met;
- Make cargo and vessel nominations and monitor progress of vessels;
- Appoint independent inspectors;
- Ensure that all Operational Information are kept to meet the company’s legal and fiscal obligations;
- Liaise with charterers to ensure smooth operations, avoid supply disruption and minimize demurrage costs;
- Stock update (product in, out);
- Preferably with knowledge of Aspect platform. Keep the database fully updated.

Applicants must meet the following criteria below for consideration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience;
- Strong numerical skill is a must;
- Knowledge and experience of trading operations;
- Able to work successfully in a fast-moving commercial environment;
- Strong team player;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- A valid visa or authorization to work in Cyprus is required for this position.
- Good planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Fluent in RUSSIAN & ENGLISH (oral and written)
- Self-motivated, independent, excellent team-player, attention to details, able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
