Job Description
We are looking for a part time office administrator to undertake the following duties:

- Answer incoming calls
- Schedule of meetings
- Preparation of documentation and letters
- General administration duties
- Preparation of customer databases
- Perform a variety of administrative and office support activities for a various local and foreign people.
- Visit clients if required
Required Qualifications
The right candidate should:

- Have perfect time management skills
- Have a college degree
- Be communicative in Greek
- Have strong English language skills as 80% of work will be conducted in English
- Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage
- Knowledge of any other language is an advantage
- Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
