Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Establish internal compliance procedures in line with ICPAC’s guidelines by developing initiating, maintaining, and revising policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.

Managing day-to-day operation of the Program.

Prepare and submit all reports related to KYC,AML, RISK and compliance to ICPAC.

Follow ICPAC’s circulars and develop and periodically review and update Standards of Conduct to ensure continuing currency and relevance in providing guidance to management and employees.

Carry out KYC, AML and due diligence procedures and ensure that procedures are fully in compliance as per ICPAC’s guidelines.


Requirements:

University Degree in Business Management, Finance or Economics
Past experience with AML, RISK and compliance in a similar role is a must
Fluent in Greek and English
Very well organized with attention to detail
Very well developed communicating skills
