Responsibilities
This is a great opportunity for an individual who seeks a position in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The person to be appointed will report to the Head of Project Management.
Main responsibilities include:

Manage and lead project teams/managers to deliver complex projects and ensure quality throughout the project

Define scope and expected deliverables, align stakeholders and influence decision processes
-
Organise and drive cross-functional teams, determine success metrics, and track against milestones
-
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs when necessary
-
Monitor risks proactively, drive prioritization, balance business needs versus constraints and take mitigation actions and contingency planning
-
Develop effective presentations and project update materials to communicate project status to key stakeholders
Profile of the ideal candidate

University degree preferably in Computer Science or Engineering
-
At least 5 years of solid experience in Project Management with exposure in the software industry is a must
-
Exposure within the Banking industry is a must
-
Project Management Professional Certification (PMI and/or Prince II) will be considered an advantage
-
Excellent client facing and analytical and problem solving skills
-
Very good organisational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
-
Ability to work under tight deadlines while being flexible and responding to changing business and technical conditions;

Excellent teamwork skills to lead direct and virtual teams
-
Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek language and excellent verbal and written communication skills
