Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Head of Compliance to join our  team in Limassol, Cyprus office.

Job description:

  • Ensure that internal compliance procedures are in line with CYSEC’s guidelines by developing ,maintaining, and revising policies for all departments to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct
  • Responsible for the risk based approach policy and procedures in relation to AML
  • Review the required periodic reports and submit compliance and AML reports to the company’s regulator
  • Oversee corrective actions for potential compliance violations identified in reviews
  • Contact Internal compliance audits
  • Review compliance training materials and trainings for the employees
  • Analyze changes in laws and/or regulations that impact the CIF and ensure the CIF’s compliance monitoring program remains effective and accurate.
  • Prepare/Review and submit all reports related to KYC, AML, RISK and compliance CYSEC.
  • Follow CYSEC’s circulars and develop, periodically review and update Standards of Conduct to ensure continuing currency and relevance in providing guidance to employees
Required Qualifications
  • University Degree in Law, Business Administration or related field
  • 4-5 years compliance experience in a Cyprus regulated Firm
  • Excellent knowledge of CySEC Laws and regulations applicable to CIFs
  • Cysec advanced certificate is a must
  • Great communication and managerial skills
  • Fluent in English and Greek
  • Very good organizational skills and attention to the detail
