The roll will include the following responsibilities:
Liaising with clients, associates, governmental authorities and banks
Daily administration of the office
Responsible for telephone calls, Incoming/ outgoing couriers
Proceeding with the travel arrangements of the directors
Welcoming visitors to the office
Perform any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:
