Our client is a dry docking company which offers complete dry docking, shipyard and ship repair services from its secure location within the Eastern Mediterranean Port of Limassol. They are looking to hire an Naval Architect to join their team based in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing of Clients Requirements
Preparation of Technical Quotations & Estimates
Preparations of AutoCAD and Class drawings.
Monitoring of Works
Quality Assurance
Assistance of Project Progress
Safe and effective utilization and management of resources
Accurate Record Keeping
Quality management and control throughout the company's operations
Assisting in the effective marketing of the Company.
To assist the Operations Manager and team in the daily activities of the company.
Implementation of the Company's Safety Management System and Core Policies.
Requirements:
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
Ability to multi-task projects and juggle multiple deadlines.
Excellent time management skills - able to plan, prioritize and organize.
Strong problem solving abilities with attention to detail, able to work under pressure and deadline driven, able to work independently and in a team.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Clean criminal record
A good comprehension of technical knowledge
Minimum 3 years previous experience with repairs, design, preparation of manuals and project.
Able to work with AutoCAD
Available for travel if required
Benefits:
Salary up to €2500.00 gross per month based on experience

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09.00- 18.00.
