Our client is a Cyprus registered insurance company which offers life and accident insurance cover and they are looking for a Life Insurance Underwriting and Claims officer to join their team based in Nicosia.
Responsibilities:
Customer service support to existing clients and brokers in emails and on the phone
Knowledge of life insurance products
Technical operations with relation to existing policies (alterations of policies, surrenders, performance of reports, etc)
Underwriting of policies
Performance of incoming and outgoing bank transfers (booking of premiums and transfers of payouts to clients)
Basic knowledge of AML procedures
Requirements:
Perfect Russian language skills
Very good English language skills
German language skills considered as an advantage
Professional communication skills and customer service skills
Excellent business writing skills
The candidate should enjoy working in a team
Dedicated personality, organized individual, keen perception and resistance to stress
Excellent time management skills
A high level of numeracy and logical/analytical thinking
Very good Microsoft Office knowledge
At least 2 years working experience preferably in financial sector
Academic degree is considered to be an advantage
Willingness to go 1-2 times for trainings to Austria
Experience and willingness to hold seminars and training sessions in Russian will be considered as an advantage.
Salary offered:
EUR 1200-1300 monthly gross based on qualifications
Benefits offered:

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday from 8:00 - 17:00 with 30 minutes lunch break and Friday (casual day) till 14:00
