• ¾   Legal due diligence of counterparties according to KYC requirements;
• ¾   Legal support of deals, including drafting of required documents, their finalization etc. ;
• ¾   Drafting and review of corporate documents: minutes, notes, POAs, resolutions, etc.;
• ¾   Liaising with bank and preparation of according banking documents.

¾   Fluency in English, Greek and/or Russian considered advantages;
¾   University Degree.;
¾   Member of the Cyprus Bar Association;
¾   Previous experience of 2 years in a same/similar position;
¾    Holder of EU passport or valid work permit in Cyprus;
¾   Computer literacy and basic people skills.
