Our Client, an International Group of Companies with diversified business is seeking for a Project Manager to be responsible for handling our clients property department ongoing projects. The successful candidate will need to have proven experience in real estate + marketing (sales/rentals) under the umbrella of project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes.
Responsibilities
Rent, buy, or sell property.
Study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale.
Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
Monitors and follow-ups on specific tasks and project deliverables.
Exercising sound business judgement, identify, investigate and analyze development opportunities, including innovative solutions
Coordinating with team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
Drafts, reviews and implements subject matter related policies, regulations, procedures and systems of operations. Provides guidelines and guidance to personnel on the application of procedures. Handle the relationship with clients and agents locally
Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities
Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events. Influences, communicates, motivates and inspires team members to achieve departmental objectives.
Requirements
Proven working experience in project management and/or sales & marketing in real estate
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study
Familiar with commercial construction building codes, energy codes, barrier free codes, etc. will be considered an advantage
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Demonstrated ability to make good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgement
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experienced in assembling and leading project team
Excellent time management skills, able to monitor and report.
Experience in budget management and handling issues and risks
Gross salary between €30.000 and €35.000 annually based on experience plus qualifications.
