Our client is a CIF licensed and regulated by the CySec and they are looking to employ a Relationship Manager for their offices based in Limassol
Requirements:
- Fluency in English both in written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in forex company
- Retention experience for over a year in a regulated company
- Able to work afternoon, evenings and/or willing to rotate shifts
- Good communication, presentation and negotiating skills
- The ability to work quickly, under pressure and to deadlines
- Computer literate, good knowledge in Microsoft office applications
- Team Player
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Providing services to existing clients
- Liaise with other departments, when required, to escalate and resolve issues and/or report faults
- Provide training to clients on the use of the Company’s products
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, professional communication
Salary 1,700 Gross Basic plus commission. Medical Insurance after the end of probation.
Working hours from 11:00 – 20:00 with one hour break time.
