Job Description

Our client is a CIF authorized and regulated by “The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission” with offices in Limassol. They are currently looking for a Chinese speaking HR/Admin role. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Chinese and good knowledge of English verbal and written.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships
  • Collecting and analyzing HR- related data
  • Performing administrative activities such as processing, verifying, and maintaining documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications
  • Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work of all HR functions
  • Processing and reviewing employment applications in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants and inform them of their acceptance or rejection of employment
  • Performing general office support functions
  • Responsible for Correspondence, Office Supplies, Office equipment;
  • Schedule meetings and appointments;
  • Organize the office layout;
  • Order stationery and equipment;
  • Update and maintain office policies as necessary;
  • Organise office operations and procedures;
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers;
  • Manage office budget;
  • Provide general support to visitors;
  • Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware and travel arrangements);
  • Manage and communicate with the office cleaner;
  • Assist the Management with parties, conferences and events;

Other ad-hoc activities Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
  • Computer literate
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Chinese
  • Good knowledge of English
