Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an international Group of Companies with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and highly organised Legal Administrator to join their expanding team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible in the main for due diligence in all forms (individual and corporate), compliance documentation, board meetings, agreements, filing and the archiving of general office and audit documentation.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

  • Responsible for assisting clients in due diligence preparation and final delivery.
  • Prepare the documents and monthly reports.
  • Responsible of all aspects of the daily running of the office: payments, basic bookkeeping, documentation etc…
  • Responsible for ensuring that board meetings have the pre-agreed standards and quality. Make and/or collect all materials. File documents after meetings and ensure everything is correct.
  • Responsible for the administration of the digital archive.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the client’s contracts are up-to-date.
  • Responsible for the Year Calendar.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining the digital templates system.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

  • Paralegal experience in Due Diligence and Compliance documentation is a must.
  • Experience with Office Administration including basic bookkeeping.
  • International experience will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing, fluent in Greek speaking and writing.
  • Experienced and good at communicating with people worldwide.
  • Interested in growing with new and higher demands.
  • Ready to do tasks outside the administration, paralegal work and daily running of office area.
  • Team-work spirited, humble, hands-on and willing to learn new skills.
