Job Description

This Blockchain Company in Limassol is looking for friendly Office Manager who has a passion to improve administration processes. 

Responsibilities:

Reception duties - dealing and directing all visitors to the office and handling enquires

Answering telephone calls and emails

Monitoring the stock levels of stationary and kitchen supplies and processing online orders

Liaising with staff and suppliers

Managing internal deliveries and distribution

Ensuring filing systems are maintained and current, including all employee's documentation

Analyzing and monitoring internal processes

Coordinating with facilities Manager

Scheduling meetings and maintaining the meeting room

Working with travel providers to arrange taxi's, accommodation and occasionally assisting with booking business trips abroad

Providing general assistance to the CEO

Supporting both the Operations and HR departments administration

Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees

Reporting directly to the Head of HR

Requirements:

Proven office management and administrative experience

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Positive, can-do attitude

Exceptional organisational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Greek

Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel

Driving license and personal car

Must be able to work to in Cyprus, with no restrictions

The working hours will be 9.00-18.00 with 1 hour lunch break
