Junior Business / Data Analyst - Tableau
This incumbent will work within the Board team and end users to produce intelligent insights and dashboards. The position requires deep analytical and visualization skills in order to “tell a story” using data. The resource will be required to solve new challenges by leveraging strong logic skills, complex Tableau calculations, and data manipulation in order to provide new insights while accounting for changing data structures.
Core Responsibilities
- Internal and customer facing meetings to gather requirements and explain reports and dashboards that have been produced.
- Analyzing data in order to help provide insights. The insights being provided will help define the scope for development and quality assurance efforts.
- Creating dynamic dashboards. Dashboards include sales, Finance, Inventory, Purchase
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or other relevant degree
- 1 years relevant experience
- Tableau Desktop Specialist, Associate, or Professional Preferred, would be a plus
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organization skills. An ability to organize and prioritize a plate full of tasks
- Tableau Desktop expertise. Tableau server expertise, Tableau Prep would be a plus
- Strong Logic and Problem solving skills
- SQL query knowledge, including JOINS
- The ability to plan work and meet deadlines
- English Fluency
- Ability to work independently
