The position:

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated professionals to join our IT team.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Install and configure MT4 / MT5 Servers
  • Responsibility for the continuous operation and running of the MT4/ MT5 system
  • Setup and maintenance of new and existing instruments
  • Troubleshoot system issues, manage system upgrades, document processes and provide technical support for users
  • Monitor system performance, availability, backup/restore and continuity of trading platforms, systems & software
  • Supervise and collaborate with all outsource companies in direct relation to the trading platforms, systems and software
  • Perform routine audits of trading platform systems and software
  • Perform periodic health and performance checks of all trading platforms and systems
Required Qualifications

Main requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in Information Technology or any other relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Experience with Windows/Linux scripting language will be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge in SQL queries will be considered as an advantage
  • Experience with Zabbix and Graylog systems will be considered as an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with trading platforms, especially with MT4/MT5
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Proactive and efficient with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently
