Our client is a Nicosia based and leading property developing company. On behalf of our client we are seeking to recruit for the position of Administrator / Book-keeper.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Deal with incoming calls
· Manage correspondence by answering routine / formal emails
· Run monthly payroll reports
· Record expenses in accounting software
· Prepare payment list to suppliers
· Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
· Coordinate and handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
· Filing System
Skills/Experience:
· Diploma in Secretary Studies and advantage
· 3+ years of relevant office experience Office is essential
· Book-keeping knowledge and experience
· Fluency in Greek & English (Written & Spoken)
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
· Knowledge of office management
· Communication Skills
· Multitasking abilities
