A regulated forex broker, is seeking to hire a motivated Back Office / Customer Support Officer for their office based in Limassol.

The candidate must be fluent English speaker and must have a good understanding and experience with financial products and relevant reports.

He/she mush handle the customer support via email, live chat and calls;

Main duties:

Reviewing the client’s request to open an account;

Conducting the due diligence procedures at the account opening stage (“Know your Client” procedures);

Checking the client’s documentation and provided information;

Translating of documents if necessary;

Implementing the appropriateness test determining the assessment of the expertise, experience and knowledge of the Client;

Contacting clients for missing documents or additional information;

Appropriately filling the client account documentation and check list;

Updating client’s account;

Assistance and client support by request;

Performing necessary tasks for facilitating clients’ deposits and withdrawal requests

Client record keeping and documentation filing;

Reconciling client account trading balances with balances in Payment System Providers.

·         Fluent in English, both verbal and written

·         College or University degree

·         Computer Literate, experienced with advanced Excel files

·         Knowledge of Greek or Russian will be considered an advantage

·         Previous experience in Customer Support or Back Office within Forex company is essential

We offer a pleasant work environment

·        1500-1800 EUR gross, depending on the qualification and experience

·         13th salary

·         21 days annual leave
