The position reports to the Sales Manager and the successful candidate, following a thorough training, will be responsible for the whole sales process, as well as the customer feedback review
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
In brief: Manages bookings and enquiries from the website and platforms linked to the company’s products
More specifically:
- Processes incoming online bookings and enquiries from website and platforms
- Completes all operational tasks in regard to bookings and follow up
- Submits offers to new interested clients
This position is full-time with flexible time schedule. Travelling will be required in order to learn the products; Compensation is based on experience and performance.
University degree preferably in the fields of sales and tourism
- Computer literacy
- Perfect knowledge of English language, a second language will be considered as an asset
- Previous experience is sales - account management will be a plus
- Experience on online travel related platforms (viator, expedia etc) and CRM will be a plus
- Tourism sector experience will be a plus
- Extensive travel experience within Greece will be a plus
- Interest and experience in outdoor activities
Skills required:
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Listening skills, problem analysis and problem-solving
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be a fast learner
