Job Description

Our client is located in Zebbug in Malta an is looking for an IT Junior Officer. The successful candidate should hold an IT-related qualification at MQF level 4 or upwards.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle workstations and phone installations
• Provide effective IT support services (desktop, laptop, printer, phones) internally
• Ensure that all incidents are seen to or escalated
• Ensure that all installations are completed in a timely and professional manner
• Work with firm employees to ensure operational and service excellence
• Execute daily/weekly routine maintenance tasks
• Install authorised software on laptops and desktops

Requirements

• Hold an IT related qualification at MQF level 4 or upwards
• Adapt quickly to new practices and are a quick learner
