Our Client, a well established Retail chain of stores, providing fast, professional and reliable mobile phone repair as well as variety of repair services, is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their store in Larnaca.
The Role:
Welcoming customers to the Store
Listening and comprehending their request and matters
Be able to handle customer request and provide follow up concerning the statis of the repai/order
Provide exceptional Customer Service
Communicate with Technician and other Stakeholder accordingly
Requirements:
1-2 years previous experience
Fluent in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
Computer Literate (Social Media, Microsoft Office and additional IT skills will be considered an advantage)
WORKING HOURS
1. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00-13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00
2. Wednesday from 10:00-14:00 or from 14:00-18:00 (depending on the instructions of the employer)
3. Saturday from 9:00-13:00 or from 10:00-14:00 (depending on the instructions of the employer)
Salary up to 1,150 EUR Gross/Month (based on skills and experience) + 13th salary.
