Job Detail
Our client a transport, shipping and logistics services company with Headquarters in Lebanon and offices in Limassol are looking to recruit a Sales Executive Officer for the Cyprus offices

Job Detail:
Reports to – Sales Manager / Operations /General Manager
Department – Commercial
Section – Sales
Level – Officer

Job Objective:
Contribute as a team member in an active work environment dedicated to the Cyprus Branch progress by providing superior values and services

General Principles:
Commit to the Core Corporate Values of the Group reflected through behaviour, work quality and results.
Promote a professional image of the Group in every aspect of the job both internally and externally respectively with colleagues, clients and suppliers in order to maintain the reputation of the company

Main Tasks:
Contribute to the implementation of Department Policies and Procedures and achieve department targets
Coordinate with sales manager / office manager about identifying new sales targets and opportunities
Follow up the bookings of the existing and new sales accounts
Answer clients’ calls and efficiently respond to their requests
Prepare offers to clients
Take appointments for the sales supervisor
Participate in clients’ visits
Send sales leads to agents and respond effectively to sales lead received from agents.
Follow up shipments to insure provision of professional level of customer service for new and existing clients
Enter Data to the sales report and keep updated feedbacks
Monitor clients’ performance and volumes
Inform sales Supervisor about any urgent problem that endangers our relation with clients in order to raise it to the line.
Perform other related activities as requested by the Sales Supervisor.

Education:
Bachelor in Business Administration – Marketing Emphasis

Experience:
2 years of sales experience in the field

Positive attitude, People oriented, Patient and flexible, Initiative Taker, Ability to manage stress and handle difficult clients, Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Have good Communication Skills
