Job Detail
Our Client, a professional Payment Services Provider is looking for an experienced professional to complement their Corporate/Banking division. The purpose of the role is to form an integral part of the team which specializes in both Corporate and Banking solutions. As an in-house asset, you will be expected to support the company’s projects across an array of legal, Corporate and banking matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES (CORPORATE)

” At a senior level with minimum supervision for drafting legal documents including but not limited to: resolutions, minutes, share certificates, structure charts, Power of Attorneys, and more. Fully conversant with corporate procedures and statutory forms and documentation;
” Required Experience working with offshore jurisdictions, incorporation of legal entities, compliance with statutory requirements and familiarity with complex multi-jurisdictional structures
” Familiarity and ensuring Compliance and AML legislation and carrying out due diligence on clients.
” Ensuring the legality of the Company’s business practices and the Company’s compliance with applicable rules and regulations;
” Assisting to develop relationships with third parties in Cyprus and overseas;
” Maintain a good knowledge and handling of corporate law;
” Serving as primary support for the Operations Manager;
” Becoming involved in any ad-hoc projects and provide support accordingly;

RESPONSIBILITIES (BANKING)

” Opening of the Bank Accounts, with all Major well-known banks in Cyprus and Overseas for Cyprus and other International jurisdictions.
” Obtain details from a client and prepare a Bank Summary, presenting the business successfully to local and international banks, with minimum supervision.
” Consulting with clients regarding bank account opening process and bank options locally and worldwide and complete the process.
” Assist in developing relationships with new banks, obtain information required to open accounts, develop the process and communicate to other departments.
” Maintaining the bank database.

KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

” Minimum 4 + years’ of corporate/banking related experience.
” Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively within a complex global group with a globally distributed team and a fast-paced business environment.
” English must be impeccable and at a highly professional standard.
” Self-driven and highly motivated to contribute to the success of the Group, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including management of workload and proactive and creative thinking.
” Solution oriented with strong analytical skills.
” Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
” Management and leadership skills and qualities.
” Excellent client service skills are a must.
” A flexible working approach is necessary to complement the skilled team.
