Our client is a well-established Ship Management Company in Limassol and they are looking for a proactive German speaking Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
The recruiter will be responsible for recruiting new crew members and maintaining relationships with the team members of the ships while there are on board and when they are off
CV screening
Conducting phone /Skype interviews with possible candidates
Arranging travels
Preparing employment contracts, work orders and other relevant employment documents
Printing, scanning, filing
Carrying out other department related tasks
The role will require travel to the ships once or twice per year
Requirements:
Fluent in German & English
Experience in recruitment would be a big plus
Previous experience within crewing would be an advantage
Strong communication skills and ready to take responsibility for daily duties
Good computer skills
Flexible attitude
Willing to travel (about 1 to 2 times per year)
Eager to work and highly motivated
Taking initiative and willing to learn
Energetic and enthusiastic
Dynamic, Organized
Able to Work under pressure
EU-citizenship/Work permit
Working hours: Monday – Friday from 9am – 5.30pm daily with half an hour lunch break. Overtime will be required from time to time.
