Our client is an online gaming company with offices in Limassol and they are looking to recruit a dynamic experience candidates in the role of Ecommerce Verification officer
The Ecommerce Verification officer’s role is to verify player accounts details; investigate and mitigate fraud while supporting the fraud and payment agents in their daily tasks.
Essential Competencies:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to utilize computers and related technology efficiently

Ability to rapidly understand and properly follow procedures.
Ability to keep a good eye for details while working fast.
Meticulous and attentive to details.
Ability to learn new technology/systems/applications quickly.

Ability to stay focused and work efficiently individually or as part of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Request KYC information.
Review; and crosscheck requested documents against registered details.
Fill various daily/weekly or monthly reports as requested
Monitor, approve or reject account registrations, deposits and withdrawals.
Initiate & support improvements to the Payments and Risk functions in the department.
Review and report valuable updates of competitor sites.
Due to the dynamic nature of the company, tasks and responsibilities at for this position may evolve and change from time to time.
Salary bracket EUR18,000 – EUR22,000.
Sport, Gym or any other fitness membership of up to EUR 250 per calendar year of employment.
5 Days a week Monday – Sunday (on a shift rotation)
