On behalf of our client, a leading online gaming company, we are looking to recruit a Verification Officer for their offices based in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Request KYC information.
- Review; and crosscheck requested documents against registered details.
- Fill various daily/weekly or monthly reports as requested.
- Monitor, approve or reject account registrations, deposits and withdrawals.
- Initiate & support improvements to the Payments and Risk functions in the department.
- Review and report valuable updates of competitor sites.
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to utilize computers and related technology efficiently
- Ability to rapidly understand and properly follow procedures.
- Ability to keep a good eye for details while working fast.
- Meticulous and attentive to details.
- Ability to learn new technology/systems/applications quickly.
- Demonstrated willingness to constantly improve.
- Ability to stay focused and work efficiently individually or as part of the team.
