Our client, an International Group of Companies offering engineering consulting services worldwide is on the looking to a Junior Legal Secretary to join their friendly Nicosia team!
This is a part-time job with flexible working hours!
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and entries to corporate ledger of the Employer;
- Submission and Application of forms and documents to Cyprus government authorities concerning company files with the registrar or others;
- Administration of purchases of services and relevant stamps from government authorities to perform various requests of certificates and Employer’s documents (if any);
- Drafting, reviewing and advising on corporate documents of the Employer;
- Communications with various government authorities in Cyprus, requesting documents, certificates, letters and/or confirmations, liaison concerning the migration issues of the Directors and employees of the company.
- Assistance to tasks and requests from Directors of the Employer;
About you:
- Previous experience would be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of the Greek language is a must
- Knowledge of the English language is a must
- EU work permit
- Russian language is an advantage
