CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding, CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in the heart of Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and capable Back-Office Executive to join their team of professionals. The successful applicant should have previous, demonstrable experience working in a Back-Office capacity within a CySEC Licensed Investment Firm and be able to work on a shift-rotation.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Â
- Processing and activating new account applications in timely manner.Â
- Assigning customersâ accounts to corresponding groups based on the customersâ applications.Â
- Updating and entering customer account information in the companyâs records, systems, or databases.Â
- Processing Introducerâs Agreements and creating commission accounts accordingly.Â
- Following up with customers on account opening requirements.Â
- Collecting, updating, and safekeeping customersâ documents and records efficiently.Â
- Performing KYC procedures and ensuring that all applications are compliant with regulatory authorities and company policies.Â
- Assisting compliance with collecting and processing further KYC requirements.Â
- Cooperating with and updating sales team with the status of customersâ applications.Â
- Processing financial transactions (withdrawals, transfers, deposits) according to Finance departmentâs instructions.Â
- Posting deposits (credit card, wires, online checks, bank checks) according to Finance departmentâs instructionsÂ
- Responding to customersâ inquiries and resolving their pending cases.Â
- Responding to clientsâ instantly via communication methods available on website, such as Live Chat, Click to Call, Call Back Request, Inbound Calls and any other methods effectively.Â
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
- Resolving clientsâ queries or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Answering clientsâ questions, as well as question clients to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.Â
- Recommending new services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Generating different reports concerning number of accounts, source of accounts, financial transactions, active affiliates and introducers, etc.Â
- In all internal and external contact, present a professional and positive image of the department and the Company as well as maintaining constructive relationships.Â
- Taking on any other assigned tasks by the management.
- At the end of every shift all executives must review all pending with the next executive, and ensure that all points have been communicated and that any remaining duties or help needed to be fulfilled prior to completing the transition.

âKey Skills/Experience:
Â
- Ideally educated to degree level in Business or related field.
- Previous professional experience as a Back Officer within a Forex company is a must. Â
- Computer proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills in English are a must; any other languages will be considered a significant advantage.
- Ability to work on a shift-rotation pattern as part of a team.
- Eligibility to work in Cyprus (EU Status).
