Our clients is a Payment services provider with an innovative approach for the payments world. For their office in Limassol, they’re currently looking for a B2B Customer Success Manager. The successful candidate should have previous experience in the PSP industry and customer service and/or Account Management experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for the company’s clients  
  • Handling incoming calls, chats, e-mails, and reviews from customers regarding questions related to the services the company provides. 
  • Following up on customer’s progress and success. 
  • Ensuring all clients are receiving a high-quality service. 
  • Attentive to the client’s issues and needs.  
  • Promoting new features of the product to different businesses that are company clients  
  • Analyzing and resolving most common customers’ queries using step-by-step solutions and cooperating with other departments of the Company 
  • Delivering qualitative service to customers according to the existing standards. 
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by continuous communication that results in a strong business relationship.

Requirements

  • Excellent Command of English 
  • Extrovert personality with Excellent Communication skills.
  • Previous experience in the PSP industry will be considered an advantage  
  • Business communication skills i.e. telephone conversations, business correspondence 
  • Customer service and/or Account Management experience 
  • Attention to detail, team player, problem-solving attitude and task management skills 
  • Experience in operating with Windows and MS Office 
  • Multitasking ability is a must
