Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Forex company in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Senior Banking Administrator;
Responsibilities:
Opening of the Bank Accounts in Cyprus and Overseas for Cypriot and International Companies;
Opening of the Bank Accounts in Cyprus and Overseas for Individuals;
Maintaining existing bank accounts by continuous update of all relevant KYC -and Corporate documentation;
Assist in developing relationships with new banks, obtain the information required to open accounts, develop the process and communicate to all related parties.
Transaction Monitoring of existing accounts and effectuating payments;
Assist clients with the full scope of their banking requests/requirements;
Adhere to the highest standards of Confidentiality.
Verifiable experience (minimum 2 Years) in Compliance, Legal, Banking, Finance, Business Administration or related field;
Knowledge of bank account -and maintenance procedures both in Cyprus and Abroad ;
Fully conversant with corporate procedures and statutory forms and documentation;
Familiarity with complex multi-jurisdictional structures;
Becoming involved in any ad-hoc projects and provide support accordingly;
Impeccable business proficiency in English, any other language will be considered an advantage;
Responsible and highly organized, attention to detail;
Able to work legally in Cyprus without the need to obtain a work permit.
