Job Description

Our client is an international Logistics and Supply Chain Services Provider to the hospitality industry, and they are looking to hire a Logistics Project Manager to be based at their offices in Limassol on a 1 year project with the potential to extend further.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Leading the implementation and management of the company’s assigned operations.
Managing operations within assigned budgets and within given constraints.
Managing the operations of the assigned projects to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Promoting and developing a healthy, teamwork environment with colleagues and encouraging a team work environment in communicating and working with the rest of the company’s employees and leading by example;
Liaising directly with the company’s clients and develop and maintain healthy and close working relationships;
Supporting the company with business development related activities;
Using company’s system to support operations in an appropriate manner;
Adhering to the Company’s Quality Manual;
Providing appropriate operational reports as requested by clients and by senior management;
Conducting operations in accordance with ISO9001 standards;
Developing and implementing procedures for improving the efficiency of the company’s operations;
Managing operations at all times in a safe manner;
Performing other reasonable tasks as required by senior management.

The successful candidate will have/be:
Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or any other relevant degree
At least 3 – 4 years experience in logistics and supply chain management
Familiarity with procurement and import processes
Experience in conducting negotiation processes.
Broad understanding of the market and ideally the industry (Hospitality)
Excellent communication skills in English and Greek languages.
Negotiation abilities, good and direct interpersonal skills,
Organization and management skills, planning abilities in the medium and long term, organized, authoritative, service oriented.
Flexible individual, willing to work additional hours under pressure and able to cope with changing situations.

The standard working hours will be Monday – Friday from 9am – 6pm.

The company is offering a competitive salary of between 1800 – 2500 Euros gross per month.
