DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Company menus and standards
· Understanding in detail the beverage menu and methods of preparation
· Following liquor measurements to the standard procedure
· Advising, making recommendations and answering customer enquiries
· Taking orders and serving beverages and presenting bills
· Staying guest focused and nurturing an excellent guest experience
· Restocking and replenish bar inventory and supplies
· Ensure HACCP policies, procedures and codes of practice are implemented.
· Ensure the Health and Safety requirements are observed, maintained and enforced.
· Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
· High school Diploma
· Relevant training certificate
Level of Experience
· Proven working experience as a bartender or barista
Skills & Knowledge
· Excellent knowledge in mixing and serving drinks
· Good planning, organizational and communication skills
· Good knowledge of hygiene, health & safety and licensing regulations
Personality characteristics
· Team Player and Positive Attitude
· Ability to work under pressure
· Hardworking
