DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collecting payments
· Handling cash, credit or cheque transactions with customers
· Issuing change, receipts, refunds, or tickets
· Ensuring pricing is correct
· Counting money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
· Handling of customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
· Reporting incidents concerning guests
· Maintaining clean and tidy checkout areas
· Ensuring all guests pay the bill correctly prior to leaving the restaurant
Level of Experience
· Proven working experience in retail cashier or sales
Qualifications
· High school diploma
Skills & Knowledge
· Fluent in Greek and English
· Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc)
· Strong communication and time management skills
· Customer satisfaction-oriented

· Warm, engaging and professional

· Able to work under pressure and multitask
