Our client is a leader in the international internet gaming industry and they are looking for an HR Manager to join their team based in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy:
Maintain human resource staff by Managing the recruitment and selection process
Develop, implement and manage an evaluation system that drives high performance
Handle the employee relations, payroll and benefits
Deal with office management
Report to management
Requirements:
A degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Be highly computer literate
Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
Previous experience of at least one year in the HR position is mandatory.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00.
