Duties and Responsibilities:
ü Promote the company and provide high quality service to all customers
ü Identify customers’ insurance needs and present tailor-made solutions to best suit them/cater for them
ü Sell insurance policies and handle money
ü Perform administrative duties
ü Deal with customer enquiries and develop strong relationships
ü Support team members and cooperate with them to achieve targets
ü Participate in training sessions
ü Report to the Management
