Our client is an international sales channel providing services for regulated companies in the Forex/Commodities market and they are looking to recruit a Trading Room Representative to join their offices in Paphos.
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our expanding team as a Trading Room Representative. Suitable candidates require to have experience in FOREX / Financial Services

Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive training programme.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Daily phone contact with existing clients.
Training clients on how to use the company’s trading platforms.
Keeping up to date with the financial market to provide adequate training to clients.
Monitoring and retaining client accounts and margin reports.
Daily reports and market updates.
Ensuring personal contact is maintained with new and existing clients via phone and email
Maintain customer relations along with customer retention.
Actively follow-up on queries and provide feedback to customer ensuring that the clients receive the best level of service.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience in Forex-Binary as a trading room representative is required
MUST know financial markets and have interest in following market activity.
Excellent communication skills and MUST be fluent in the English language (Written & Spoken).
University degree will be considered an advantage.
Computer literate: working knowledge of Word/Excel.
Qualities – results oriented, attention to detail, proactive, self-motivated, dynamic, go the extra mile to get the job done.
The position is full-time Monday to Friday.
Basic Salary: 2,000 Euro gross per month
Excellent commission structure for reaching monthly targets
