Our client is a newly established innovative Marketing company and they are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant who is enthusiastic, ambitious and hungry to learn.
English is a must, other languages will be considered as an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Acting as the Managing Director’s first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Managing the MD’s diary and organising meetings and appointments and controlling access to the MD
Reminding the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines.
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Compose and type emails and correspondence
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
To draft meeting’s agendas and take minutes, follow up on the actions agreed
Carrying out specific projects and research upon request
Monday to Friday standard office hours
Salary up to 1200 net + Vehicle.
