Our client, an Independent privately owned Fund Management Company based in Nicosia is looking to employ an experienced and efficient Corporate Administrator to complement their existing team..
Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients.
Ongoing corporate administration work and maintaining of corporate files.
Registration of Companies in Cyprus and other foreign jurisdictions.
Preparation of Company Registration forms.
Prepare, review and amend Corporate Contracts and other documents.
Reviewing of KYC due diligence to comply with the firm’s procedures and the relevant Law and regulations.
Providing administrative support to lawyers.
Provide legal assistance to other departments in the Company.
Organizing and attending the client meeting.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years recent experience in a similar position within a Fiduciary or Corporate Services Company
Fluent in Greek and English is mandatory
Knowledge of MS Office, Excel
Communication skills
Ability to word under pressure to meet deadlines
Well organized
Benefits:
1500 – 1700 Euros gross per month
The working hours are 09:00am – 18:00pm including 1 hour lunch break
