Job Description

Exness, a leading foreign exchange broker in the financial services field, is looking for HR Administrator (Officer) who will join our team in Limassol, Cyprus to support onboarding and administrative processes in our company.

Job responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new-comers’ arriving schedule with recruitment team;
  • Information support and consulting of new-comers from the moment they got a Job Offer till their first day in the Company (to be in touch via Skype, e-mail, phone, send welcome letter, help to collect essential documents, provide all necessary information and answer questions);
  • Ensure final checkup that a new-comer has collected all necessary documents;
  • Processing employees expenses receipts in SAP;
  • Maintain BambooHR with all employee related info like personal info, work related and leaves (ensure all documents are uploaded);
  • Assist in processing vendors payments, invoices and expenses;
  • Administrate languages classes (attendance control, payments control);
  • Liaise with other departments or functions (Administration, Finance, etc.);
  • Admin support on HR Expenses;
  • Manage a good relationship with Medical insurance broker;
  • Know how to maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, employment contracts, personal information, etc.);
  • Answer employees’ questions on HR policies and procedures; 
  • General administrative tasks as require.

Job requirements:

Must have:

  • Excellent English - both verbal and written;
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word;
  • 2+ years experience in Administrative support or HR (preferably in Employment law, Migration support or Compensation and Benefits);
  • Analytical thinking skills;
  • Attention to details.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in migration/relocation to CY support;
  • Cyprus/European Labour Law knowledge;
  • Greek language;
  • Russian language.
