Our client, a Regulated Forex Company based in the city center in Limassol, is looking to hire a Dutch speaking Call Monitoring Officer.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring recorded calls on daily basis
Provides feedback data to management in structured report form
Quality Assurance Performance
Quantity/Deadlines
Requirements:
Fluent in Dutch, both oral and written
Writing proficiency in English
Experience in a Back-Office role is a plus
Experience in report preparation
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs – Excel/Word
Great listener with attention to details
Critical thinker
Effectively prioritize urgent cases/multi-task in fast-paced team environment
Previous experience in same role will be considered as an advantage
Fast typing skills will be considered as an advantage.
Salary about 1,500 Euros gross (based on skills and experience)
The working hours are 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday
