Job Description:
Monitor and score external conversations in line with agreed metrics.
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities to the Head of Training.
Delivering training to employees based on outcomes of monitoring.
Identify training needs and assist the Head of Training as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the same position or FX industry will be considered an advantage.
Business fluency in English.
An additional language will be considered an advantage (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, French) Attention to detail.
Communication skills - verbal and written.
Data collection, management and analysis.
Confident in communicating to both to management and agents .
Strong presentation skills .
