GWG (Cyprus) Limited, a well-established International CySEC regulated Forex Firm is seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Department in our new Limassol Office.
Job Description
- Develop, implement, track and optimize the digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM PPC, Media Buying, Email & Social Media advertising campaigns.
- Create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in the FX Industry (2 - 3 years)
- Fluency in English.
- Russian would be considered as an advantage, but not as a must have.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, PPC and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Ability to lead and manage social media advertising campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
