Limassol
Our client, a Regulated Forex Company with a comfortable office in the city center in Limassol, is looking to hire a Risk Manager.
Responsibilities:
Day to day lead of Company’s Risk function
Stay up-to-date with the latest local and EU legislation, rules and best practice in regards to risk management, market-making, and dealing
Monitor Company’s risk exposures including dealing limits
In-depth knowledge of Group Corporate Risk Strategy and Guidelines, in order to adapt where necessary to be in accordance with local and EU regulations, ensuring such policies are successfully communicated to all staff within the Cyprus office
Educate Senior Management in understanding the Risk Regulatory Requirement and environment
Prepares, analyzes and submits various reports to the Senior management
Prepares periodic regulatory related reports and submissions, including but not limited to Risk management report, COREP forms, Pillar I, Pillar II, and Pillar III
Responsible for ICAAP process
Regularly review the internal Risk Regulatory guidelines and ensure that the most appropriate KRIs and ‘best practices’ are in place for the company.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Finance, Risk Management, Law, Business or any other relevant field
At least 3 years of experience in working within a regulated financial services business in a Risk role
Full understanding of the MT5 platform
Experience in RTO and Dealing functions would be considered as an advantage
Managerial experience
Knowledge of risk management tools and techniques and their practical implementation
Experience with Pilar 1, 2, and 3, COREP forms and ICAAP
CySEC Advanced certificate holder
Fluent in English, both oral and written
