Job Description

This Forex Company in Limassol is looking for a dynamic individual for the position of Institutional Business Development Manager. You will achieve the goals for sales growth of their institutional business by taking responsibility for growing a new client base. This includes researching, identifying and creating institutional sales opportunities worldwide.

Responsibilities:
Researching, identifying and creating Institutional sales opportunities across worldwide institutional investors including asset managers, pensions plans, international brokerage and other fund managers both independent and corporate.
Responsible for searching contacts to identify potential leads
Identify clients’ requirement and offer relevant trading solutions including API, White Label and Partner arrangement
Analyse and understand the Company’s USP and those of our competitors in order to maximize our position in the market.
Identify and assess sales and marketing initiative to assist in achieving personal and overall business targets
Maintain an up to date understanding of the relevant financial markets and technologies
Understand and follow the guidelines set by the compliance department with regards to processing client documentation according to CySEC requirements.
Provide Weekly and Monthly report include call reports, contact report and business opportunities report to the CEO
Review target client’s corporate documents for Legal and Compliance assessment and sign off
Work closely with the dealing team ensure the clients relationships are running as anticipated
Ensure positive approach to challenge and provide open and honest feedback
In all internal and external contact, present a professional and positive image as well as maintaining constructive relationships

Qualifications:
Financial Market experiences, knowledge and understanding of Foreign Exchange, CFDs with additional knowledge of shares
Able to work confidently to performance targets
Previous experience in sales or Business Development within the financial sector
Confident verbal and written communicator in English with ability to liaise effectively at all levels
Self-motivated and driven, able to act on own initiative
Professional approach and presentable appearance at all times

Salary of 1,600-2,500 euros gross per month plus medical insurance

The working hours are 9am – 6pm with one hour lunch break
