Job Description

An innovative service provider specialized in providing tailor-made solutions to the iGaming industry, is seeking to hire a Reconciliation and Data Analyst to join the team

As the Reconciliation and Data Analyst, you will be one of the key drivers of our 360-optimisation culture. This; by being the one Identifying unseen possibilities for profit, financial loss mitigation in our rapidly evolving environment.

Essential Competencies:
Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office software for data analysis.
Expertise on data models, Spreadsheets data analysis.

General Requirements:
Interest in numbers, statistics.
Strong motivation to constantly improve.
Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
Self-starter: with ability to work on own initiative and/or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Build Metrics and reports on transactions; share insights to improve:
Transaction Approval rates o Transactions cost
Reconciliation processes
Analyse the department efficiency and report valuable information for its optimisation.
Assist the manager and team leaders with various tasks not limited to daily transaction reconciliations, training, weekly/Monthly reports.
Identify, quantify, and mitigate financial mistakes.
Build different models/reports to create insightful metrics, visuals from the department data.
Independently determine transaction issues, damaging activities and be able act according to procedures while proposing more efficient solutions or ideas.
Regularly initiate performance and cost analysis on the software used and department procedures applied.
Assist with ad hoc project work within the wider finance function.

Due to the dynamic nature of the company, tasks and responsibilities may evolve and change from time to time.

Salary:
Probation period (6 months): EUR 20,000 gross / year.
After Probation: EUR 20,000 gross / year + EUR 2,000 yearly performance bonus given quarterly.( = up to EUR 500 per quarter).
Monday – Friday / 9am – 6pm
