Job Description

Our client, a mobile connectivity solutions company in Limassol, is looking for a Part-time Operations Assistant

Responsibilities:

Assisting Operations and Sales with operational issues

Performing administrative duties

Preparing and filing forms and other documents

Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed

Updating logs and order forms

Couriering important files

Managing records of company policies and procedures

Hotels organization for visitors to Cyprus and employees' travel

Booking flights for employees traveling. 

Transport locally for visitors and employees (airport pickup, etc). 

Research and arrange visas for employees travelling abroad and assist in arranging visas for visitors in Cyprus

Administration and logistics organization for demo trips, project deliveries, trainings, support visits

Any other reasonable duties as required 

Requirements

A relevant certificate is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent knowledge of English

Superb organizational skills

Outstanding interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

An eye for attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to follow through. 

Working hours: flexible hours with some days working from home if there is no work to be done in the office. Ideal working hours are from 10:00-14:00
