Our heart beats for water sports and the sea!  Yours too?  We are WHITECAPS PRODUCTS and are looking for you as a team member (Customer Support) in our fast growing e-commerce start-up for water sports security and water sports products.

We are looking for performers and transformers with whom we can conquer the world of water sports together.  Our goal is to become the most customer-friendly company in this sector.  Can you support us in this?

Your tasks

* You actively support the E-Commerce Customer Support division in the operative business

* You provide first and second level support

* You help with logistics and optimize processes

Required Qualifications

Your profile

* You already have experience in customer service and have worked with appropriate systems

* You are characterized by a high level of commitment, team spirit and results-oriented work

* An independent and reliable working style is one of your strengths

* You can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and of course you have a portion of empathy

* Your English is very good spoken and written

* You are in the camp to learn a foreign language like German in the base.

* On the phone and by email you are sure and committed to make the customer a happy customer

Other Requirements

Ideally you have additional skills in the following areas (not a must):

* Active water sports activ

* Experience in working with merchandise management systems

These are not absolutely necessary, but they favour your "come on board".
