Job Responsibilities:
· Process KYC verification for potential and existing Clients
· Process Clients onboarding applications
· Update the CRM system with relevant Client information and documentation
· Liaise with Back Office Manager for any issues
· Collaborate with the Compliance and Risk Team
· Assist Clients regarding their accounts via phone, email or live chat
· Other ad-hoc duties as per managements’ request
· Excellent Knowledge of the English and Spanish language.
· University /College or other Degree in relevant field
· CySEC Certifications would be considered an advantage
· Experience in a relevant position would be considered an advantage
· Knowledge of the industry’s standards
